Get in Touch
A question the site did not answer, a number that looks wrong, a scenario that does not fit any of the guides. Any of it is worth sending.
One Way In
Scott reads everything that comes in. Replies are not always instant, but nothing gets ignored.
Send the article URL and the specific claim. It will be checked against the source, and if it is wrong, it will be corrected. That is the whole process.
Gaps in coverage are worth knowing about. If a real scenario is not addressed, that is useful to hear. No guarantee of a fast reply, but every message gets read.
Remote location, unusual load, limited charging window, extreme temperature range. If the generic advice does not apply to your situation, ask. There is a good chance it has come up before.
Put “Partnership” in the subject line. Link exchange requests, guest post pitches, and SEO agency outreach are not responded to.

For corrections, include the article URL and the specific sentence. For everything else, just write it plainly. No need to introduce yourself at length.
